This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on With Your Touch
1) Where we ship
We currently ship UK-only (United Kingdom). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2) Order processing & dispatch
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Same-day dispatch applies to orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time).
Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on weekends/bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.
3) Delivery method & expected delivery times
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch in most cases.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, peak periods, or Royal Mail network disruption.
4) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary based on your basket/order value.

5) Tracking
Royal Mail Tracked 24 includes tracking. When your order is dispatched, we’ll email your tracking details/link (where available).
6) Delivery address responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
The best we can offer is to issue a refund of 50% orders value.
7) Missed deliveries / safe place
Royal Mail may attempt delivery and/or leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour depending on local practices and delivery instructions. Any safe-place or neighbour delivery is handled under Royal Mail’s delivery process.
8) Delays outside our control
We aren’t responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, or seasonal peaks. If there’s a significant delay, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
9) Lost, missing, or damaged items
If your order is missing, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@withyourtouch.co.uk and include your order number.
Damaged items:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
the outer packaging,
the shipping label, and
the damaged item(s).
Not received:
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact us and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
10) Returns to sender / uncollected deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us (e.g., failed delivery attempts or address issues), this is not relates with our services. By placing an order the customer is responsable to be able to receive it or collect it. We do understand the frustation if because of unplanned circumstances you('customer') were not able to receive it. So we will split it... We may issue you a 50% refund of the order amount if you contact us at info@withyourtouch.co.uk
